All the essentials for a cozy and comfortable stay
We stayed in this hotel for our 1st visit to Kuala Terengganu, great services and location, everything is great! We had our welcome drink and enjoyed the view of Drawbridge from the hotel. Hotel is near to places of interest and there is a LaundryBar shop across the road too.
I stayed for two nights at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites Kuala Terengganu and had an amazing experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade upon check-in.
All the staff I encountered during my stay were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were polite, attentive, and very helpful—one of the front desk's staff, who kindly assisted me in booking a Maxim car to the airport. Their support made my departure smooth and stress-free.
I also had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Parvesh. He is a humble and kind gentleman who took the time to personally introduce the hotel’s amenities and walk me around the premises. That personal touch truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellent service.
This may be a 3-star hotel, but it certainly delivers 5-star hospitality. I sincerely hope they continue to maintain this exceptional standard.
The location is another plus point—less than a 15-minute walk to Mayang Mall and about 10 minutes to Pasar Payang, which makes it very convenient.
I will definitely book this hotel again for my future trips. Highly recommended!

Hotel was super clean and smelled really nice. We even got a FREE upgrade to a bigger room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and super comfortable. Location very strategic and convenient. Parking also a lot. Will definitely come back again! 💕

We stayed here and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for our small family. My wife, kids, and I felt relaxed throughout our stay.

Throughout the day, there was plenty of parking, but if you go out and came back late, mostly likely all the parking would be fully occupied. Make sure to return back before night time if you dont want to park far away.

A perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay even better with the friendly staffs. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend, especially if you want to enjoy that amazing Drawbridge view. Tq
It was a nice stay for us (2 adults, 1 toddler). Friendly staffs, easy check in. Parking is just beside the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel is in the middle of KT, and near to almost all facilities, restaurant, malls. Room is clean. Good customer service. Definitely will repeat 😊
I had another wonderful stay at this hotel—this was my third time here, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious options to start the day. Overall, it’s always a pleasure staying here, and I will definitely continue to come back. Highly recommended!
very good place and luxurious looking. room is fine, not too cramped, also got small fridge. toilet is clean. hot and cold water for drinking is available at the ground floor. parking is available too even not too many. will definitely repeat. only 7minutes

So thoughtful, love the family plus room with 2 bathrooms, 2 TV and 2 airconds, and partition door. Couldn't find a single thing to complaint. Would definitely stay here again next time in KT.

My husband and I stayed at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel and Suites from 5-7 Oct 2025. Check in and check out were a breeze; no complaints there. The bell boys were very good too, giving flawless service with our luggage.
I liked it that as per my request, we got a very nice room with a king-sized bed and a very good view of the famous drawbridge in Kuala Terengganu. We asked for extra pillows and they were promptly sent. That was much appreciated!
It’s a pity that we did not have a chance to test out the food menu at the hotel. The breakfast menu looked good but we already had plans outside.
The only things I would want different would be a bit more space for hanging our clothes in the room, and a sink that’s a bit higher in the bathroom so that I wouldn’t have to bend so much! (Senior citizen!) Parking was not bad if one arrived early, but the parking spots were taken up fast! Other than those minor problems, I enjoyed my stay and in sha Allah, will be a repeat customer!

hotel is nice, very comfortable & spacious. service is fast. also, the hotel is like an expensive hotel. will definitely stay here if coming to Terengganu! recommended 100% suitable for families only parking is a bit limited but outside the hotel there are many parking spaces so don't worry. also 5 mins to mayang mall & pasar payang 👍🏻
